My husband and I where more than satisfied with the service we received from Joe at Kelbach's. He was prompt, courteous, and very professional. We had several issues with our dishwasher after we moved into our new house. Joe not only took care of the dishwasher, but also tackled a problem with our ice maker and reversed the door on our dryer. My washer had a small leak but still had me worried. Luckily, I called Kelbach's Appliance Repair and they sent someone out to come take a look that same day!

They figured out where the leak was coming from and were able to fix it right when the parts came in. If you're looking for appliance repair in the Appleton area, they are the best!

If I didn't call them I'd probably be at the laundry mat by now.

My refrigerator stopped cooling on the day before Christmas Eve. I emailed Kelbach's early the morning of the 23rd and Joe promptly got back to me with an estimate and a time commitment. He was able to complete the repair that same day, saving us from the risk of spoiled food or going through the holiday without adequate refrigeration.

Arrival time was as expected and Joe kept good communication with my wife and I throughout the day so that nobody was sitting around waiting. The repair was completed promptly and professionally and the appliance now works great. Price was reasonable and in line with what others quoted for the repair.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kelbach's and would certainly use them again if in need of an appliance repair in the Fox Valley.

We've been having problems with our washer switch. We looked up Kelbachs Appliance Servicing from the yellow pages, called them up and they were out within a half hour. They got the old switch out and put the new one in and the washer was fixed. If I ever have any more appliance issues I will definitely call up Kelbachs again. Great service and friendly technician!

Joe made a same day as I called, knowledgeable diagnosis on a dead washer, and dying dryer. He charged me a good and fair price on the service call, made a correct diagnosis on machines, and correctly advised against repair, and graciously referred to Budget Pre-Owned Appliance. Our washer smelled like a belt burned and the spin cycle did not work. We called Kelbach's late in the day and they set us up for a next day, in house appointment. The service man checked the washer, ran it through it's cycles and found nothing wrong with it. He said this can happen now and then and that it was probably OK. I asked what did I owe him and he said NOTHING, no charge. All he asked was that if we have trouble again to call them. I will. How great is that! It is now 2 days and 5 loads later and the washer works fine.
